Perhaps it's coincidence, but I was in a male-dominated industry all my life. It was exhausting work, fast-paced, and brutally competitive. But we got things done on time, on budget, on target. We all knew the demands. Then, as women like myself started to move up the ladder, things changed. Instead of being hired for competency, recruits were hired by sorority membership. Instead of others taking credit for someone else's work, they'd prevent that work from being successfully completed. Instead of being promoted for doing a good job, people were promoted for being a friend and confidante of their superior. Tech companies under Carly Fiorna and Ginni Rometty languished, and they were as mean as high school girls while they pretended to be compassionate. The first time I received an email with he/him/his on it, I knew it was time to retire.

Evidence #1 -Ketanji the black lady judge ( picked precisely for that reason) who cannot define what a woman is. King Solomon would surely chop her in two. Obnoxious arrogance.
